Mission Trips

Missions
“Creating Unity Among Believers”

For the past Nine years ACF Uganda has been working together with ACF USA missions Inc. in short-term mission trips where we have seen many people give their lives to Jesus. Our ministry endeavors to touch parts of Uganda positively with the mind of God. ACF USA missions Inc. has greatly impacted ACF Uganda and the outcome is the additional December mission trips. During these trips we have built unity among Christian leaders in order to take the gospel to needy people of northeastern Uganda.

We seek to be God’s heart, His hands, and His feet extended to touch the lives

Our mission trips involve:

  • Treating the sick
  • Clothing the poor
  • Feeding the hungry
  • Proclaiming the gospel of our savior Jesus Christ.

“”[The] ACF team carries out extraordinary work with utmost integrity and faith””

Reaching out to people, One at a time.

ACF practices direct aid. We know that our own people will always be where relief substances have to be distributed and we believe they should be distributed to the right people. This is the best way to encourage and identify with victims, and this allows adequate support for numerous local partner organizations.

How can you reach the unreached people in Uganda?

  • You can give yourself
  • You can give your prayers
  • Join Fundraising team
  • You can give finances….etc

“Imagine working with an international team of expatriates, nurses, doctors, psychologists and local personnel to improve, even save, the lives of thousands of people” you can.

Go into the world. Go everywhere and announce the message of God’s good news to one and all (Mark 16:15).

God is at work all over the world. continues to call His people to His work. Every day ACF Missions has the privilege of assisting those who are willing to answer the call to go. Take a moment now to visit ACF’s current fields of service.

You can take an active role in serving with ACF Missions, through the many mission trips we offer! ACF takes great care at providing you with a wonderful experience and opportunity to serve. Our mission trips ranges from one week to full year in length, and each mission week is action packed with lots of great interaction and relationship-building time. Balanced with lots of “kid time” is a strong work schedule designed to improve the facilities, programs, and living conditions for the children and churches we serve. We encourage anyone who has a heart to serve to join us! There are several different types of groups who join us in Missions, and each trip is catered to the needs of that group!

We have been partnering with churches from all over the world to help meet the needs of the children in Uganda. Taking a church trip, whether it is with a youth group, adult group, or family group, is a great way to introduce your church to the joy of serving in Uganda and then bring that joy back home to serve locally..

College students have proven to be some of our most effective workers, as they have the energy to work hard and the passion to build relationships with the children in Uganda. Each year we attract greater numbers of college students. These students represent colleges from around the world. Many of them use Uganda as a way to learn about other cultures.

The children in Uganda love the attention and affection of adults. Parents have a unique opportunity to make an investment in the lives of these kids as they pour out God’s love to these children who have never experienced it. It is also an opportunity for men and women to use their areas of expertise to serve the children – dentists, seamstresses, teachers, and construction workers have all blessed us with their gifts..

Corporations have found mission trips to be great for team building. Some businesses have trips open to employees and their children and some use the mission experience as a way to share Christ with their employees. Corporate groups have served and sponsored a variety projects as an indication of their commitment to the children and the ministry.
